Feeling stuck or uninspired?

Here are high-quality questions to get you started.

Page 1: Awareness

  • How are you feeling right now, as you start writing your morning pages? 

  • Where are you? What are you noticing in your body? In your head?

  • How are you currently spending your time? 

  • What’s your plan for today?

  • You can focus on one area of your life, 

  • and write an inventory of what’s going on (ex. health, work, relationships, money, etc.).

  • What’s bothering you? What annoys you? Who annoys you? 

  • What is a source of frustration for you? 

  • What is one thing you enjoyed in the past 24 hours?

Keep going until you fill page 1.

Page 2: Possibility

  • What would make today a great day? 

  • If unsatisfied with your inventory from Page 1 Awareness: 

  • How would you rather spend your time today, if anything was possible?

  • Who would you spend time with? 

  • What would a crazy good day look like, if you could live it today?

  • What would you like to do and create today?

  • What kind of experience of you do you want others people to have?

  • What are you committed to? 

Keep going until you fill page 2.

Page 3: Actions

  • What are you choosing now? 

  • List down 3 actions you could  take to create a crazy good day today.

  • What could take you closer to living an ideal day today? 

  • What kind of thoughts and beliefs do you need to adopt in order to 

  • create that crazy good life for yourself?

  • What would you have to start doing? What would you have to stop doing?

  • Create a list of actions and small steps you can take to choose to create a great day for yourself today. 

Keep going until Page 3 is full.
